- Credit me for the art and/or designs- Payments will be half upfront and then half after the confirmed sketch. Only accepting CAD on paypal!- You wont get commercial rights to the art or design unless you pay a high fee(cheapest, 300$ or more depending on what it is)- You’ll get as many changes as you’d like during the sketch phase, so please use that time to make any changes as you’d like, otherwise there’ll be no changes after that.(changes include; pose, added accessories, different expression, stuff that isnt on the character ref sheet)- No refunds after the lineart is done!! Please be sure that you’d like to commission me before all this.- I get chronic migraines and I have a personal life outside of this so it can take a month for your art to be fully completed.- I’ll try my best to deliver regular updates in regards to your commission, however I’ll also have a tracker linked on my Carrd where you can see the progress of your commission if you’d like- I have the right to decline and cancel any commission for any reason at any time. In the event that a commission gets canceled by me, I will send back a refund.- When commissioning me please be sure that you have an unshaded, digital copy fullbody reference available to use! I will not be accepting art commissions that have descriptions of a character unless you also pay the custom fee! In addition, I will unfortunately not be accepting any physical, paper copy ref sheets unless there’s a colour hex code provided as I wouldn’t be able to properly get the characters colours right due to the tint real life pictures get.- By commissioning me you automatically agree to all of these terms, if you have any questions, comments, concerns or you’d like an art quote you can reach out to me through any of my socials.

AI POLICY
- I will not accept any commissions where the character I am to draw is made with AI or the help of AI- My art will not and should not be used in the development of AI- I will not accept any references that use AI, such as background references, object references, character references.
